Privacy Policy

What we collect across the network, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Last updated · 29 July 2026

This policy applies to pickcalls.com and the Pick Calls platform. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if any part of it is unclear, ask us and we will explain it plainly.

01Who we are

Pick Calls operates a United States pay-per-call performance marketing network connecting advertisers who purchase qualified inbound calls with publishers who generate them. Our registered address is 1201 Wynkoop Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202.

This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. It covers this website and the Pick Calls platform. It does not cover the independent practices of advertisers or publishers who use the network — they operate their own policies and you should read those separately.

02Information we collect

We collect three broad categories of information, and treat them differently.

  • Information you give us directly — name, work email, company, phone number, and anything you write into a form when you contact us or apply to the network.
  • Call and campaign data — call detail records, connection times and durations, routing outcomes, geography derived from area code, IVR responses, and where enabled, call recordings and transcripts.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters including UTM values and advertising click identifiers.

03Consent records

Where a consumer provides consent to be contacted through a publisher property, we retain a record of that consent. That record includes the disclosure text exactly as displayed, the named parties consented to, a timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the full originating URL.

These records exist so that consent can be produced and verified if questioned. We retain them for as long as necessary to meet the applicable limitation periods, which is generally longer than our other retention windows.

04How we use information

We use the information described above to operate the network.

  • To route inbound calls to an appropriate buyer, applying licensing, geography, capacity, and qualification rules.
  • To determine whether a call meets a campaign’s published billable criteria, and to settle payments accordingly.
  • To attribute calls to the campaign, keyword, and creative that produced them, and to report that attribution to the relevant parties.
  • To detect fraud, enforce network policy, and investigate suspected breaches.
  • To respond to enquiries, review applications, and provide support.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including responding to lawful requests.

05How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to operate the network or where we are required to.

  • With the advertiser receiving a call, we share the call record and the information required to service that call.
  • With the publisher who generated a call, we share the outcome and billability of that call, including the reason where it was not billable.
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — telephony carriers, cloud infrastructure, and analytics providers.
  • With regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

06Call recording

Calls on the network may be recorded for quality, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Where a call originates in a state requiring all-party consent, recorded-line disclosure is played before recording begins.

Recordings are retained for twelve months by default. Advertisers may configure a shorter retention period, or disable recording entirely for their campaigns.

07Retention

Call detail records are retained indefinitely, because they are the settlement record for payments between parties and must remain reconcilable.

Recordings default to twelve months. Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months. Consent records are retained for the applicable limitation period. Technical logs are retained for ninety days.

08Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site and platform working, and analytics cookies to understand which content and campaigns produce enquiries. Analytics cookies are only set where you have accepted them.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which will cause the consent banner to be shown again. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the platform from functioning.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact partners@pickcalls.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

10Do Not Call and opt-out

We scrub against the federal Do Not Call registry, applicable state registries, and internal suppression lists maintained by advertisers on the network.

To be added to our internal suppression list, email partners@pickcalls.com with the phone number concerned. Suppression is applied across the network within one business day.

11Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging on systems handling call and consent data.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

12Children

The network is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes and contact

We will update this policy as the network changes, and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be signposted on this page.
